…you’ll notice a common theme of heavy metal, hip hop, and casual mentions of Luther Vandross. The playlist today is actually not too far from the latter.

Each of the tracks give me goosebumps and unlocks a feeling that I can’t really explain. It makes me feel kind of invincible* They all have incredible build ups and will give you a much needed kick up the keister whether you’re weight training or smashing through your cardio.

*I say kind of because I know that if I dropped a dumbbell on my foot I’d be squealing like a pig.
