Another super quick and easy recipe for you now. It doesn’t have to be for breakfast, but it makes a bloody good one. This frittata is a great way to get through a load of veggies in one hit. Plus it’s super easy.
4-6 free range eggs
Vegetables – they all work
Seasoning – play around with things like chilli, cayenne pepper, pesto…
Roughly chop your veg until they fit in the processor.
Crack in your eggs and add seasoning, then blitz it. (It’ll look like vomit, but don’t worry about that…)
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
