Salted Caramel Truffles

A mega easy recipe here. They taste bloody delicious and I’m sure yours will photograph way better than mine did. They taste amazing but she had a face for radio.

They make a great post workout treat or something to get in your face if you’re having a YOLO moment.

Ingredients (makes 12 truffles)

70g chocolate of your choice
1 tsb peanut butter
2 tsb Greek yoghurt
1 tsp caramel flavouring
30g chopped hazelnuts
1 tsb sea salt


Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water.

Add the peanut butter, salt and caramel flavouring, and combine well.

Take it off the heat and fold in the yoghurt before mixing it all together.

Leave to set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Roll small amounts in your hands to form the truffles and roll in chopped hazelnuts.

Place back in the fridge for 15 minutes.
