A super quick and easy breakfast, packed full of protein, fats and nutrients. The best part? It takes 20 minutes so you can let it cook away while you get ready in the morning.
There’s plenty of variations too by using the vegetables, meat, spices and/or cheese of your choice.
Chopped vegetables of your choice
Cayenne pepper (but plenty of other spices will work)
1 tsp coconut oil
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Grease a shallow cake tin with the coconut oil.
Chop your veggies and add to the tin.
Whisk together your eggs and add spices.
Pour eggs over the top and cook for 15-20 minutes.
